Meet the Emerald Coast Poodles
Growing in sisterhood. Greater in service.
The Emerald Coast Poodles are a growing group of members of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. from across the Emerald Coast and surrounding communities who have come together with a shared passion for sisterhood, service, and meaningful community impact.
Our Sorors bring diverse backgrounds, experiences, talents, and perspectives to the work we do. What connects us is a commitment to serving others, building authentic relationships, and creating opportunities that strengthen the communities we call home.
While we may be small, our vision is not. As we continue serving together, strengthening our sisterhood, and expanding our presence along the Emerald Coast, we are working toward our desire to one day establish a charter of our own and create an enduring Sigma Gamma Rho presence in our community.
We invite you to explore our work, support our initiatives, attend upcoming events, and most importantly, get to know the women behind the Emerald Coast Poodles. There is more to come, and we are excited to grow alongside the community we serve.
We are also proud to be part of the Southeastern Region of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., a region rich in history, sisterhood, service, and a shared commitment to Greater Service, Greater Progress.
Our home along Florida's Emerald Coast places us in a unique position, connected to Sigma women and established chapters throughout the Florida Panhandle and neighboring Gulf Coast communities. Some of our closest Sigma Gamma Rho chapters can be found in Pensacola and Tallahassee, Florida; Mobile, Alabama; and Biloxi, Mississippi.
These neighboring chapters represent more than points on a map. They reflect the broader network of sisterhood that surrounds our journey and the continued legacy of Sigma Gamma Rho throughout the Southeast.
As we work toward chartering and establishing a permanent alumnae chapter presence in Fort Walton Beach, we look forward to strengthening those regional connections while creating new opportunities for sisterhood, service, community partnerships, and impact right here at home.
Greater Service. Greater Progress. Greater Impact on the Emerald Coast.
